The FIAS Strategy Development Guide is a tool for sports organisations to develop a women’s strategy, using the FIAS Framework. It offers a research informed, tested process for developing insight, insight-driven strategy, and feasible actions, driving women+’s participation and positive long term experiences in sports.
The SDP includes the FIAS Framework, which you can be downloaded as a stand alone document here.
