Meals on Wheels UK: Local-Level Data Analysis & Support
Turning national insight into local planning, commissioning, and service design
Building on the Meals on Wheels UK National Analysis Report (2026), the Meals on Wheels UK project offers bespoke local-level data analysis and support for organisations seeking to translate national findings into actionable local insight.
While the national report identifies broad patterns in service provision, predicted demand, and unmet need, effective planning requires detailed understanding at the level of individual Local Authority Districts (LADs).
Our local-level reports are designed to support evidence-informed decision-making across prevention, commissioning, service development, and partnership planning.

Pricing and commissioning
Local-level reports and support are priced according to the scope of analysis, geographic coverage, and level of engagement required.
As an indication, the above fees typically reflect:
• the number of Local Authority Districts included
• the level of comparative and benchmarking analysis
• the degree of tailored interpretation and strategic input
We recognise that organisations operate within different budgetary contexts. If you are interested in this work and would like to explore how it could align with your organisation’s priorities or budget, we encourage you to get in touch to discuss options.
Orders placed through this platform will be followed by a short scoping discussion to confirm requirements, intended use, and any additional analytical needs before work begins.
As local-level reports are bespoke and prepared individually, reports are not generated instantly upon purchase. Following confirmation of scope the Meals on Wheels UK team will contact you directly (via the email you provide) to discuss timelines and next seps for delivery.
